A SUMMARY OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE MURRAY COUNTY BOARD September 11, 2012, Pursuant to notice, the Murray County Board of Commissioners convened with the following members present: Commissioners Moline, Giese, Magnus, Vickerman and Sauer. Also present Aurora Heard, Heidi Winter Absent: Paul Malone. At 8:15 a.m. the Board Chair called for bids for project number SAP-51-599-65 Moulton Township Bridge. Bids were opened as follows: Company Bid Amount Midwest Contracting. LLC $290,851 R and G Construction Co. $372,822 The bids were taken to the Highway Department for tabulation and proofing. The meeting recessed at 8:20 a.m. The meeting was called back to order. Pursuant to notice, the Murray County Board of Commissioners convened with the following members present: Commissioners Robert Moline, John Giese, Gerald Magnus. Also present Aurora Heard, Heidi Winter, Absent: Kevin Vickerman, William J. Sauer, and Paul Malone. MSP to approve accepting the low bid from Midwest Contracting, LLC.
