STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF MURRAY DISTRICT COURT FIFTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT PROBATE COURT DIVISION ORDER AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR FORMAL ADJUDICATION OF INTESTACY, DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES IN UNSUPERVISED ADMINISTRATION AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS Court File No. 51-PR-12-295 In Re: Estate of Buddie Edmond Dittmann, Deceased TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS AND CREDITORS: It is ordered and notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of November, 2012 at 9:00 o’clock a.m., a hearing will be held in the above named Court at District Court, Murray County Courthouse, 2500 28th Street, Slayton MN 56172 on petition of Richard F. Paplow and Kurt Grimmius, dated October 2, 2012, for the adjudication of intestacy and determination of heirship of the above named decedent, and for the appointment of Richard F. Paplow and Kurt Grimmius, whose addresses are 2928 41st Street, Dundee MN 56131 and 11143 Voss Avenue, Dundee MN 56131 respectively, as personal representatives of the estate of the above named decedent in unsupervised administration, and any objection thereto must be filed with the court. That, if proper, and no objections are filed, said personal representatives will be appointed to administer the estate, to collect all assets, pay all legal debts, claims, taxes, and expenses, and sell real and personal property, and do all necessary acts for the estate. Notice is further given that ALL CREDITORS having claims against said estate are required to present the same to said personal representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this notice or said claims will be barred.
