NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE OF REAL PROPERTY IN A FORECLOSURE BY ACTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, at 10:00 a.m. on February 20, 2013, at the Murray County Sheriff's Office, Murray County Courts Building, 2558 29th Street, Slayton, Minnesota, 56172 and pursuant to the Order of Foreclosure and Judgment of the District Court of Murray County, Minnesota, Fifth Judicial District, entered in the above captioned action on November 6, 2012 ("Judgment Order"), the undersigned Sheriff of Murray County, Minnesota will sell the real property described in said Judgment Order, to wit:
The Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Five (5), Township One Hundred Five (105), Range Forty-one (41), except the North Eighty (80) Acres of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Five (5), Township One Hundred Five (105), Range Forty-one (41), Murray County, Minnesota.
Street Address: 507 State Highway 267, Slayton, MN 56172
Tax Parcel Identification No.: 10-005-0060.
(hereinafter the "Real Property") together with all the estates and rights in and to said Real Property and in and to lands lying in streets, alleys and roads adjoining the Real Property and all buildings, structures, improvements, fixtures and annexations, access rights, easements, rights-of-way or use, servitudes, licenses, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances now or hereafter belonging or pertaining to said Real Property, as one parcel (or, if directed by Plaintiff, in separate parcels), for cash, to the highest bidder, all in accordance with Minnesota Statutes Chapter 581 and the provisions of law relating to the sale of real estate on execution.
As set forth in said Judgment Order, the proceeds of the sale shall be applied first to pay Plaintiff's usual and customary costs and expenses of said sale and second to pay, in whole or in part, the Court's judgment in the amount of $152,272.49 as described in the Judgment Order, plus interest at the judgment rate accruing on and after November 6, 2012. The overage, if any, shall be paid to the Court to abide by the further order of the Court with respect thereto.
The sale is subject to redemption within twelve (12) months from the date of the order confirming the sale.
