Ordinance No. 217 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FULDA, MINNESOTA ESTABLISHING A FEE SCHEDULE, EFFECTIVE MARCH 1, 2013 The City Council of the City of Fulda does ordain: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Minnesota Law and the City of Fulda Code of Ordinances, and upon a review by the Fulda City Council, a fee schedule for City services and licensing is hereby adopted, by an affirmative vote of the majority of the City Councilmembers present. 2013 Master Fee Schedule. (a) The Code of Ordinances of the City of Fulda establishes that certain fees be set from time to time by the City Council. (b) City Council has reviewed the current fees charged by the City of Fulda and is hereby recommending that the 2013 Master Fee Schedule, hereto attached as Exhibit A, be adopted. (c) Upon consideration and review of the City Council, the 2013 Master Fee Schedule, hereto attached as Exhibit A, is hereby adopted and becomes effective March 1, 2013. SECTION 2. REPEAL. Ordinance No. 215 is hereby repealed effective March 1, 2013. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
