Meeting was called to order by President Curt Kuhl

Secretary report was read and approved.

Treasurer report was read and approved.

Old Business:

•The board members for this year were selected at the last meeting. For clarification, Beaver will be Vice-President.

•Curt thanked everyone for their efforts with the chili feed, and we reviewed what worked and changes that can be made for next year. We would like to see more community participation with chili entries; additional advertising will be looked at for next year. We are again able to fund three $500 scholarships due to the proceeds of this event.

•The 2013 Ride Schedule is in place with Iron Horse sponsoring three rides. Schedules from ABATE and Southwest Motorcycle club will include our rides.

New Business:

•The Fulda Food Shelf came to us in February asking for a $100 donation. They had a deadline of the end of February in order to have that donation matched by the Masonic Temple. A majority ruling from board members passed the motion to donate $100.

•Cards will be designed for the club with our name & numbers along with our event information on the back for members to keep on hand to encourage membership and community participation.

•If the weather cooperates, we may do a St. Paddy's day ride which would include the parade in Woodstock. An email will be sent out Thursday or Friday that week if it looks like we're able to go.

•Received thank you's from scholarship winners

•Flowers were ordered for Jerry Ramerth Funeral on behalf of the club.

•Eldon brought forward an event held in Lamberton in the spring of each year put on by one of the area church's. He will bring details on this years event as he gets them.

•The Heritage Society is having a breakfast this weekend (3rd), all are invited.

•Next meeting will be April 6, 2013 at Kadupers in Iona.

•Tim Strenge made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Doc Schwartz.
