Brian’s Supper Club offering lunches and convenience store area

August 22, 2013

By Norma Dittman
Brian’s Supper Club has begun offering noon lunches and has established a small convenience store in order to help meet needs within the community.

Recently, the new HWY 59 Fuel Stop opened just south of Brian’s Supper Club. The convenience store inside of Brian’s Supper Club is supplied with hot fresh food that is ready to go. “We installed a sandwich warmer and will keep it stocked with hot sandwiches. We also installed a hot dog roller that we will have stocked with one-quarter pound all-beef hotdogs,” Brian VanderBeek stated.

There are also two beverage coolers stocked with Coke and Pepsi products, water, and energy drinks, as well as an ice freezer.

Snack items such as chips, crackers, and candy bars are also available. “I met with the salesman and we chose the top ten selling candy bars and the top selling gums and the top selling chips and snack items to fill the shelves,” VanderBeek said. “If there are other items that customers would like to see stocked in the convenience store, we would certainly like them to talk to us about it.”
