Fulda School Board confirms non-public parking lot graduation for 2020 graduates

Fulda Schools principal, Mike Pagel, shared details with the school board members for a non-public parking lot graduation for the 2020 Fulda High School graduates due to providing safety from COVID-19 for all. On Friday, May 22nd, graduation will be held at 7 p.m. with family members and their graduate attending, but remaining inside of their vehicles. Just prior to the ceremonies, each graduate will receive an envelope that contains their awards (due to no Awards Day able to be held) along with their diploma.  The Fulda School District is following all of the Graduation/Commencement Celebration Guidance measures outlined by the Minnesota Department of Education, the Minnesota Department of Health, and the Minnesota Office of Higher Education and released on Friday, May 8th. A recessional parade will process through downtown Fulda following the graduation ceremony. More information regarding graduation will be sent to the parents and students.
