The Board of Directors of the Worthington Regatta & Music Festival have been working diligently over the past year planning the 2020 Festival scheduled for June 12 & 13. We have been extremely excited to have national headliner Casey Donahew in the line-up for Friday, June 12 along with many other great regional music acts.
Our event has grown over the past years and has become a very special event bringing us all together for entertainment and celebration of the beginning of summer. We want to thank the local businesses that support our event, as well as the community and the City of Worthington.
After much thought and consideration, the Board of Directors has made the very difficult decision to postpone the 2020 event. These decisions and discussions were not taken lightly as we know how important we all need this event, especially during this time. Safety and consideration for all involved must come first. We are hopeful for your understanding with this difficult decision as we would like nothing more than to proceed.
We are not cancelling the event, rather we are postponing to June 11 & 12, 2021 and are happy to announce that national recording artist Casey Donahew will be the headliner for 2021 along with the same lineup we had announced for 2020. This event is free to the public with all operating revenue from the festival coming from sponsors, registrations, food vendor fees, and beverage sales.
