2020 Boiler Replacement bids

Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:00 AM Central Standard Time, Friday, May 15, 2020, at Fulda High School located at 410 College Ave N, Fulda, MN 56131. Attention: Kurt Schoenecker, Project Manager for Fulda High School – 2020 Boiler Replacement. Bids received will be publicly opened. Web-Conference Information to follow for remote viewing of the public bid opening.

The Project consists of; removal and replacement of the existing boiler system, associated piping / modifications, air handler replacement and necessary asbestos abatement, existing system classroom ceiling modification with limited lighting replacement, new boilers, and new building automation system.

Non-mandatory pre-bid meetings will occur on Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at 8:00 AM,10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 2:00 PM CST at Fulda High School located at 410 College Ave N, Fulda, MN 56131.

With the current State Mandates in place that limit groups of people to no more than 10, contractors will be limited to 2 people per company, and will need to pre-schedule your time for the site visit.

Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bonds are applicable to this Project.

The Owner reserves the right to reject a bid which is in any way incomplete or irregular, or to waive informalities or irregularities in the bid received. The Owner also reserves the right to reject a bid that is within the Owner’s judgment to be in the Owner’s best interest.

No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after bid opening without written consent of the Owner.

Bidding Documents will be downloaded at www.QuestCDN.com (eBid Doc# 7020856) for a non-refundable charge of $25.00.  Plan holders that have downloaded the documents from Quest CDN will be notified via email as addenda are issued. Plan holders are solely responsible for printing costs. The sale of paper copies for projects listed on this site is not available.
