The Fulda boy’s golf team is off and running on their 2017 season, and have hosted 3 matches to begin their season.   The Raiders have started very consistent with 3 scores of 165, 167, and 170.  They have won 2 triangulars and lost the one dual they have played so far.

April 4th at the Fulda Town and Country Golf Course, the Raiders hosted MCC and RRC in a triangular to get the season rolling, and won the triangular with a score of 165.  MCC came in 2nd with a 197, and RRC 3rd with a 225.  Justin Dierks and Brandon Everett shared medalist honors along with 1 MCC golfer with all three shooting a 40 for the round.  Cory Renneke shot a 42 and Joe Fisher rounded out the scoring with a 43.  Other varsity members that day included Aron Hulstein with a 46, and Jason VanDyke with a 50.  You can see there were very consistent scores put up by the boys, and can tell they are focused to make a strong run at matching or improving last year’s 2nd place conference and 3rd place section finishes. The guys had 4 birdies on the day with 3 of them (Brandon, Cory, and Joe) getting birdie on hole 6, and Brandon also on hole 7.
