Public hearings for redetermination of County ditches 40 & 43 held April 4

The Murray County Board of Commissioners met on Tuesday, April 4. Warrants were reviewed and approved for payment for a total of $182,461.20.

Howard Konkol, ditch inspector, presented petitions for repair. These included County Ditch #34, Section 22, Ellsborough Township, CD #43A, Section 17, Belfast Township, CD #61, Lat. 17, Section 12, Bondin Township, CD #50,  Section 13, Cameron Township and JD #19, Section 31, Lowville Township.

Chairman Glenn Kluis presented a proclamation declaring April 4 as a nationwide salute to National Service AmeriCorps State member as Senior Corps RSVP volunteers.Volunteers serve in a variety of ways to serve the community and enhance the quality of life for all its citizens.
