NOTICE OF HEARING ON VIEWERS’ REPORT IN THE MATTER OF THE REDETERMINATION OF BENEFITS COUNTY DITCH NO. 6
The Murray County Board of Commissioners, acting as the Drainage Authority for County Ditch No. 6, finds as follows: that a proceeding has been commenced for the redetermination of benefits and damages and benefited areas and damaged areas of Murray County Ditch No. 6; that said proceeding is now pending; that the Viewers appointed herein have made and filed their report in the office of the Murray County Auditor-Treasurer.
The Murray County Board of Commissioners establishes: Thursday November 17, 2016 at 12:00 p.m., in the Commissioners Room of the Murray County Government Center, Slayton, MN as the time and place to hear and consider the Viewer’s Report; and that all persons interested in the redetermination of benefits and damages and benefited and damaged areas of Murray County Ditch No. 6, Murray County, Minnesota, are invited to appear and be heard by the Murray County Board of Commissioners, at that time, for or against the proposed proceeding and with respect to any other matters in connection with it.
County Ditch No. 6 provides drainage to portions of Sections 11, 12, 13, 14 and 24 of Cameron Township and Section 7 and18 of Lowville Township in Murray County.
The redetermined area, which lies over parts of Cameron Township and Lowville Townships all in Murray County contains the following land owners in each section and each political subdivision that may be affected.
Cameron Township Section 11: MDR Farms, Inc, Marvin D Degroot, Leslie & Sandra DeGroot, Sandra DeGroot, DNR Public Hunting Grounds
Cameron Township Section 12: Keith Doeden, Patricia Idziorek et al, Brian Miller, Paul D and Stacy L Posthuma, Linda M Carlson
Cameron Township Section 13: Donald Eisfeld, Robert Eisfeld, Glenn D Posthuma, Susan E Wienands, Harvey G & Helen L Horn, Faye Helmke et al
