Fulda slides past Edgerton

Postponed from the previous Friday due to adverse weather, the Raider boys hosted Edgerton on Tuesday evening. Fulda watched their 16 point lead in the second half slip away but managed to hold tight and come away with a 67-60 victory over the Dutchmen.

Fulda took the opening tip off to the hoop with Ben White coming away with the two point bucket. Aron Hulstein connected on a trey from the outside to put the Raiders in the lead by three, 7-4 and Jarred Jans added another bucket to add to Fulda’s advantage 9-4.

Edgerton made their way back in the game adding baskets to eventually knot the game at 11 midway through the first stanza.

A basket from Justin Dierks and Brandon Everett gave Fulda a cushion of four, 15-11. Edgerton’s Mason Sluis dropped in a three to pull the Dutchmen back within one, 14-15.
